From the beginning of 2016, I started to work as a scientist in R&D. Starting with the construction of the most basic plasmid vector and monoclonal cells, i advanced all the way to the production of lentivirus. With increasing time spent and experience gained, I learned to obtain lentiviral vectors with high titer. After transferring to QC, I began to slowly accumulate new skills, starting with no foundation in QC. I now have an advanced set of capabilities and can proudly say I have reached the industry-leading level. I want to thank a boss who was a teacher and a friend, who supported me and walked this path with me; Thanks to the boss of the department for introducing me to a set of compliance concepts that helped me evolve my thinking; Thanks to all the friends in the company for all the mutual support over the years. Kanglin has given me the time and space to grow steadily and I hope I can accompany Kanglin in growing bigger and stronger, all the way to the peak.

Since I joined the Kanglin R&D department in 2022, I have been able to make a lot of progress in my abilities. Every bit of improvement encourages me. At work, the harmonious team atmosphere, scientific and rigorous R&D process and the efficient and enthusiastic discussion and communication make me feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to join Kanglin. I feel grateful towards the company for giving us a platform to fully demonstrate our own value and unlimited career development prospects.

It’s been almost 4 years since I graduated in June 2019 and joined the R&D department. Despite coming from a biology background, the field of gene therapy is like a new world for me. When I first entered the laboratory, I needed experienced colleagues to teach me various experimental methods and techniques as well as experimental design ideas. At that time, I came into contact with a lot of projects under development and learned a lot. With the passing of time, self study, and the guidance and help of colleagues, I have grown to be able to undertake the research and development of a project. I am very lucky to be able to grow and progress in a company where everyone helps each other and works together!

I have been engaged in the field of microbial fermentation for 7 years since graduation. Since joining the Kanglin team, Kanglin’s management has deepened my understanding of process research, document management, data reliability and other aspects under the GMP system. I am grateful to the company for providing us with a good platform for growth. At the same time, I have also witnessed the rapid and increasingly optimized development of Kanglin Biotec in various aspects.

I remember when I first joined the company, I still needed to do small scattered tasks under the leadership of my colleagues, such as improving plasmids, building vectors, etc., but with time I started designing experiments and promoting projects of my own. Along the way I encountered setbacks, but also experienced growth, and got to be in the company of those who are both colleagues and friends. I feel very lucky to have encountered such a warm company like Kanglin as soon as I graduated.

After school, I entered the Kanglin family. So far, it's been three years, and I have been deeply engaged in the quality control of hematopoietic stem cells. Starting as a novice who knew nothing to now being able to independently be responsible for the inspection of the entire process, I have grown a lot. When two critically ill patients were cured of their disease after treatment in 2021, the were able to lead normal lives, and the two families got their normal lives back. That’s when I fully realized how meaningful the project I participated in was. The Kanglin family is a company with a warm work atmosphere and experienced and friendly colleagues who get along well. I am very lucky to have joined Kanglin, giving me a platform for growth, and the opportunity to work hard and move forward. I wish the company continuous innovation and vigorous development, day in day out.

After graduating I joined Kanglin's cell technology development team and carried out small-and pilot-scale virus packaging. In Kanglin's energetic and creative team, with encouragement and support from leaders and colleagues, my capabilities have grown rapidly. I'm very lucky to join Kanglin, a place offering an advanced and wide platform where I can continue to engage in the research and application of BEVs in the field of CGT. In the future, I want to continue to follow Kanglin along this path, strive to create higher value for the team and continue to grow and contribute to the development of Kanglin.
